Pre-Orders
All pre-order items are final sale.
Because pre-order items are produced specifically based on customer orders, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once the pre-order window has closed.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

materials and manufacturing are committed after the pre-order period ends

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided for transparency but are not guaranteed.
Returns
At this time, The Freezer does not accept returns for:

pre-order items

limited release items

promotional or discounted items
Exchanges (Sizing Issues Only)
If you receive your item and experience a sizing issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis depending on:

inventory availability

condition of the item
Items must be:

unworn

unwashed
-
in original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
