Many of our products are produced in limited quantities and may be offered as pre-order items.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once production is completed.

Production timelines are provided for transparency but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated shipping timelines are shown at checkout and/or on the product page.

Please note that shipping estimates do not include production time for pre-order items.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

The Freezer is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, The Freezer is not responsible for:

  • shipping delays

  • lost packages

  • stolen packages

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We will provide tracking information for all shipped orders.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.

International Shipping

At this time, The Freezer ships only within the United States.
